Alarmingly, 20-40 percent of all homeless youth are LGBT, 60 percent of them made homeless because of family rejection. <a href="http://triadhouse.org/get-involved-2/lgbtq-youth-get-the-facts-get-involved/" target="_blank">LGBTQ YOUTH: GET THE FACTS! </a></p>
<p>The event is open to all ages and high school and college GSA club members and their allies are encouraged to attend. The Ball is held in a working airplane hangar converted for one night into a giant dance club and features dancing, a live performance by <a href="http://triadhouseball.com/entertainment/" target="_blank">CAZWELL</a>, and the crowning of a <a href="http://triadhouseball.com/becoming-king-queen/">King and Queen</a>. Advance tickets are $15 for students and $35 for non-students. VIP tickets are $75 to enjoy a reception and pictures with CAZWELL.</p>
